[9] axonometric view of pavilion
a north facing pavilion relies on eastern and western facing panels made of thermal bi-metal plates that adapt to the change in temperature and differentiation of heat coefficients. when the temperature is coolest, the panels are extended to access greater amounts of light; when the temperature is warmest, the panels curl inward to contain shade---the pavillion stays shaded while still allowing air flow.
